Please allow up to 5 business days from the time your order is placed for processing. While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible.
.Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING
Orders for raw extensions that are on hand will be shipped out within 24 business hours after processing is complete, excluding major sale periods
All pre-order bundles will be shipped out within 2 -3 business days after processing. Please note that processing times may vary. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
During major sales and promotions, please note that orders may take up to 14 business days to process.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS . The delivery time will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Raani Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, weather, or any carrier-related issues. Ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate to avoid any delays in processing.

Upon shipment of your order, a tracking number will be provided to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this number to track your order’s progress directly.
A signature is not required for the delivery of your order. However, Raani Extensions cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by factors such as holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, or issues with the carrier.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Due to our strict shipping schedule, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your address to avoid any issues, as we are not responsible for packages that are sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer

RETURN
At Raani Extensions, we take pride in providing high-quality 100% raw Indian hair, and due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
However, in the rare event that an item becomes out of stock after your purchase, you will receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase while it is still processing, we will make an exception and allow a cancellation. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

EXCHANGE
At Raani Extensions, we do not offer exchanges. Due to federal regulations, the return of used human hair is prohibited. To ensure the highest level of hygiene and quality, all sales are final once the product has been shipped.
Raani Extensions reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges at our discretion.
